WebElhain has 2 true AOEs that hit really hard. Kael only has 1. Early arena you are not 1 shoting the enemy team and having the second true aoe helps. With campaign being able to 1 shot wave 1 and 2 is huge in saving time. She is no where near as good on cb but she is better at arena and dungeons then.
