I've tried some of the options in the Laptop Support thread "[Guide] 10.11+ USB changes and solutions" (link below) but I'm not really making any progress... I plugged everything back into the motherboard, but my computer turns on and off repeatedly. All of the fans spun (GPU, CASE, and PSU) and heard the hard drive boot up, but then all of a sudden it turns off.
