At first I hardly even notice but now that I did it won't … WebThe monitor will need to be replaced. Ok if it's software I'd suspect malware or a janky display driver first. Also try a restart. Looks like hardware though. I'm pretty sure it's hardware too, but I'm trying to find a hardware issue that would allow the abnormality on the screen to move.
