For example, the 10 week training program is basically a semester of tests. You take 4 tests and have to score higher on than the other new hires to get a good rating (3 or below). Not sure where you’re getting that info from but the $10k signing bonus is definitely included in the package described on levels. It’s $112.50/hour without the signing bonus.
