Ironically, they're only a few blocks away from the relatively new 11th-12th on Noble St loop track that SEPTA had installed in the 1990's for the downtown tourist trolley, which also included restored switches at 12th and 11th at Bainbridge. edit: Although the Noble St track's not on.
