Sharepoint list search box not working

Webb27 maj 2024 · When a value is selected in the list box I need a label field to be populated with the store name, which is stored in tbl_store in field store_name, alongside the store_num field. I have tried multiple search, lookup, filter options and nothing is working. I'm a newbie so any advice you can offer would be gratefully received. I have used the list settings to reindex the list and in the site settings for offline search but nothing seems to resolve this issue. I tried the most common issues like: permissions, reindexing, offline search, etc.
